An autonomous agent that meets a token at the moment it exists, keeps watching, and files one verdict that cannot be edited after the fact.

The four rules

An inspection that starts an hour late is a post mortem. TRUSS watches deployment events and opens a file the moment a pool exists, before the first buy clears. The first snapshot is taken against the contract as deployed, not as it appears once the deployer has had time to tidy up.

A launch is not a single state, it is a sequence. TRUSS returns at ten minutes, one hour, and twenty four hours, then rolls on a longer cadence for anything still trading. Ownership handed back after the first snapshot still counts. Liquidity pulled on hour three still counts. The file stays open.

A launch resolves to one of four colors and nothing else. GREEN means the checks passed and nothing has moved since. YELLOW means something is unresolved. ORANGE means a check failed in a way that costs holders money. RED means the structure is hostile to the people holding it. There is no fifth color and no half grade.

Every verdict is written with the inputs that produced it and sealed where it cannot be quietly revised. If TRUSS is wrong, the wrong call stays readable next to what it was wrong about. An inspector that can edit its own history is not an inspector.
Verdicts are immutable once filed.
The six checks

Whether the contract can still mint, freeze, blacklist, or reassign. Renounced is not assumed from a claim, it is read from state.

Where the liquidity sits, who can move it, and for how long it is committed. An unlocked pool is a check that failed, not a nuance.

Distribution across holders at each snapshot, with wallets funded from the same source treated as one holder.

What this deployer has shipped before and how those launches ended. Repeat behavior is the single strongest signal available.

TRUSS runs the exit it will not ask anyone else to run, and measures what comes back. A token that cannot be sold is reported as such.

Every check runs again at every snapshot. A verdict that was earned at block zero has to keep being earned.
The queue
Anyone can pay to be inspected sooner. Nobody can pay for the result. The verdict is produced by the same six checks at the same weights whether a team paid to jump the queue or was picked up at random, and the record says which.
